Shanghai Yaoxing Bags Co., Ltd. (former Shanghai Leather Case& Bag Factory) was established in 1956. It is a factory with more than 60 years of professional production experience of bags. The factory is located at No. 2433 Song Zheng Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai. It covers an area of 44 Mu and more than 15,000 square meters workshop. There are more than 200 employees with strong product design, development and production capacity. The design and development team consists of 18 people, 2 designers, 6 board openers and 10 sample sewing workers. Each year, more than 200 new styles will be updated at the 2nd Canton Fair. All kinds of raw materials, supplementary materials and accessories are supplied by long-term agreement from Shanghai local, Wujiang, Shaoxing and Guangzhou cooperated factories which cooperated with us many years. The factory has 15 professional cutting equipment. There are 30 workers in the cutting workshop and semi-finished product inspectors. The raw materials, cut-out materials, printed or pressed accessories will be strictly inspected according to customer requirements. Before production, we will inspect raw materials and accessories are qualified without defect. The factory has more than 300 sets of professional manufacturing equipment, 4 production lines of sewing workshop, more than 80 people. The factory produces more than 300,000 bags per month and has a strict quality management system. During the sewing process, the workers will strictly check the products, and more than 30 people in the inspection workshop will also strictly inspect each finished product. The annual sales of the factory reach 15 million US dollars. Products are made of polyester, PVC, PU leather, Oxford, canvas and other materials. There are school bags, travel bags, computer bags, leisure bags, toolkits, ice bags and so on. Products are exported to Japan, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South America and more than 20 countries and regions.
